Computer Expert
An expert in computer hardware, software and networking. I’ve built many personal computers for myself and others. Also, very skilled with Microsoft Office products and web design tools. Can easily troubleshoot computer problems and resolve them. Have built a number of websites and also have done a weekly internet podcast since 2005.
Bachelor of Science from MSU
Received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in the area of Physical Science. This included a curriculum of course work in: chemistry, physics, biology, and computer sciences. The studies involved organic and inorganic chemistry classes and labs as well as physical chemistry work. Also received a teaching certificate at the time of graduation.
Science and Art Background
I have a strong background in both the sciences and art. Even though these seem to be very different disciplines, there is a harmony in nature and the world around us and how it works. After spending time in the lab whether in school or for work, I also would enjoy drawing and creating new things. These days, this has been involving the internet and web design work more than ever. I’m fully capable of building web sites from the ground up, as well as working with various software, video editing, photoshop tools, and so forth. I have created several web sites and can provide many examples of this work – if needed.
